Description

This rich and creamy Thai peanut sauce, with the perfect balance of sweetness, tang, and heat, is ideal for dipping, dressing, or drizzling over noodles or salads. Quick, easy, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional)
  • 1/2 Juice from lime
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 1/4-1/2 cup water
Instructions
  1. Combine peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, ginger, garlic, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding water gradually.
  3. Stir in chopped cilantro (optional).
  4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
